Thank you for the excellent service - my car was secure during a recent trip away (particularly as it was raining heavily over a few days) - the shuttle service to and from the airport was prompt and staff friendly.
I would definitely use Betta Airport Parking again.

They are a very professional company, on time and very efficient. Their carpark is only about 5 minutes from the airport and they open extremely early for flights that depart or arrive early. The staff were very friendly, so impressed with the service. I totally recommend this guys if you want to park your vehicle short term very close to the airport.

The location is easy to find and perfect close to the airport. The on line system is very easy to navigate and IF we have any dramas we can always call and get great support. The transport staff are always courteous and friendly (up for a chat) and drive sensibly with passengers on board. Most of all you look after our car and I love my car!!!!

I have travelled to and from Cairns for almost 10 years now for work predominantly and have used all forms of travel to and from the airport. This by far is the easiest and most convenient. I am sad it took me so long to 'give it a try'!!! I will be using now out of preference.

Amazing service from the time we found the website until we drove away having had our holiday.
When we arrived with the car we were instantly put in the mini bus with our luggage and driven 3 mins to the airport.
When we arrived back to the terminal we walked a few minutes to pick up point where mini bus arrived before we even had time to sit down on bench.

I got a lift to the airport, and prompt pick-up on my return 30 days later.
The car was as I had left it.
I recommend their services to anyone, and it's cheap too, especially if you book early.

Our trip away was made that much more enjoyable with a safe and secure place to leave our car. It was clean and ready to go when we arrived at the depot. The drop off was simple. Just park your car and jump straight into a waiting mini bus to deliver us to the airport right outside where we needed to book in. On return it was a simple phone call while waiting for our luggage and the mini bus was waiting when we got to the pick-up point. Excellent service. I have used this service several times with the same friendly ,efficient service each time.

As someone who lives on the Tablelands who has been travelling for business for the past 20 or so years, parking has always been complicated, (parking elsewhere and getting a taxi) or expensive at the airport. I used Better Parking for the first time this week, an easy process and excellent customer service from all three staff that I encountered. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the service and price Betta Airport Parking provide.
SMS received well before arriving in Cairns and instructions were understood about where to meet courtesy coach.
Phone number also provided to contact the team at Betta.

I found Betta Parking to be very reasonably priced, booking ahead online gave me a 355 discount and the Airport transfers was helpful and on time. Sending me a text message as soon as I landed at Cairns airport to explain to me where the transfer coach was waiting was also great.
Overall I found Betta Parking excellent and would highly recommend to anyone.

The service is excellent and the shuttle to and from the airport first class and very quick. My car was looked after and I would use again for sure.

Great service, affordable especially when booked well ahead. Web booking easy and flexible when need to make alterations to dates etc. highly recommend. Have made 2 more bookings.

Living 2 hours away from Cairns Airport, Betta Parking just makes the whole experience of flying less stressful, knowing that the car is safely stored, there is easy transport to and from the airport and pricing is affordable. Always recommend!
